We process information used to create and operate hosted checkout links, including wallet addresses, checkout amounts, profile or seller names, service or product descriptions, merchant waitlist email addresses, IP addresses, browser, device, and user-agent data, and transaction metadata.

We use this information to create and operate checkout links, initiate payments, secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Independent payment partners

We share the information required for payment initiation, security, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention with the independent payment partner. The payment partner processes card details and may collect additional information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Card details

ForCheckout does not store raw card details. Card details are entered with and handled by the independent payment partner.

Retention and sharing

We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve support issues, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
